Get caught in a spider’s web full of challenging solitaire puzzles on your mobile with Spider Solitaire.

To win at Spider Solitaire you’ll need to remove all of the cards from play. Do so by creating columns of like-suited cards in descending order from king to ace, causing the column to disappear. Choose between three play modes: 1-suit (easy), 2-suits (hard), 4-suits (very hard) Watch out, you might just get bit by the Spider.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that on BlackBerry Storm devices (9500/9530), this application will only operate with Compatibility Mode enabled. Compatibility Mode is activated when an application is written for older, non-touch screen devices and not specifically for the Storm. In compatibility mode, a SureType keyboard will be included on the main screen, and the application will appear in a lesser screen size and resolution. Game Rules

The object of Spider Solitaire is to win the game by removing all of the cards from play. Do so by creating columns of like-suited cards in descending order from king to ace, causing the column to disappear. Cards can be moved onto another card if the destination card's rank is exactly one higher than the top card being moved. You can move multiple cards if they are in the same suit and arranged in descending order. Cards can be placed onto a card of another suit, but you can only move groups of like-suited cards, so burying a card under a pile of cards of a different suit might render it inaccessible. Any card (or group of cards) can be placed in an empty column. When you run out of moves, click on the deck to deal an extra row of cards. There are five rows of cards that must be dealt this way. Empty columns must be filled before a new row is dealt. There are three game modes: 1-suit (easy), 2-suits (hard), 4-suits (very hard). Good luck!

Hints:
-Organize as many cards as possible into like-suited columns of cards in numerically consecutive descending order before dealing any new cards.
-Uncover as many cards as possible
-Use empty columns to help you uncover more cards
-Use empty columns as temporary card-holders when rearranging your cards
-Create columns of mismatched suits if it helps you uncover more cards (be careful)

Note: if a stack of cards gets too large (and more tightly-packed), you can view its cards by scrolling up and down the column.

Warning: Hitting the "back" key will always save your current game, but the "end" key is not guaranteed to save the game on all platforms.
