Get ready to Boogie and Bowl. Strike 'em down, spare 'em up, and get funky!
Strike, Double, or Turkey - You'll become all too familiar with the bowling lingo as a super Disco Bowler. Get down with putting some crazy spin on that ball and blast those pins into sweet sweet points. If your score more than 100 you’ll be thrown some obstacles, which can attract or repel your ball. You can have those obstacles ruin your game or you can go with the flow and get some sweet spin on that ball.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that on BlackBerry Storm devices (9500/9530), this application will only operate with Compatibility Mode enabled. Compatibility Mode is activated when an application is written for older, non-touch screen devices and not specifically for the Storm. In compatibility mode, a SureType keyboard will be included on the main screen, and the application will appear in a lesser screen size and resolution. To throw a ball:
Move your bowler from left to right until you are in a good position. The power and spin meter work together. The faster ball you’re throwing the less control you have over spin.
After completing 10 frames on a bowling alley, you will move on to the next alley. Alleys may have attractors (red) or repelors (green) on the lane. When you ball rolls near one of these objects it will be pushed off course slightly. Try to use these obstacles to curve your ball so it hits more pins.
