I get an error message that says: "Error starting {GAME}: null". What do I do now?

This applies to any game and is a problem with the BlackBerry over-the-air installer. The first step should be to reboot your BlackBerry. To reboot your BlackBerry, unplug the battery while the Blackberry is on. Wait 10 seconds, and then return the battery, and power on the BlackBerry.

If it continues to give that error, you will need to uninstall the game and reinstall it. If it still gives you errors, please uninstall the game and use the Desktop Manager to install the game.

I get an error message that says: "HTTP Error 406: Not Acceptable The page you are trying to load is not supported by the browser. Please try loading a different page." What do I do now?

This applies to BlackBerry devices on a Corporate BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server). The BES has turned on the 'Disable 3rd Party Applications' and has disabled the installation of games onto the BlackBerry device. Unfortunately, your work has prevented you from using our programs. You will need to speak with your BES admin to enable it.

I get an error message that says: "907 Invalid Jar" when trying to install one of your games. What do I do now?

We've noticed that some devices on a Corporate BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) were getting "907 Invalid Jar" errors. If this is happening to you, try using your "Internet Browser" or "WAP Browser" to do the download instead of the default "Blackberry Browser". This usually fixes the problem.

Alternately, you could download the games to your PC via http://www.bplay.com and install them using your USB cable.
